1. As per government notifications, every individual has to produce a valid government-approved photo ID & address proof of identification at the time of check-in.
2. For Indian nationals - Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID Card (Pan Card is not an
acceptable ID proof).

4. Room type request- Room will be offered on first come first serve, the hotel does not guarantee a base type of room on every request received.
5. The hotel guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.
6. When leaving the room, guests are expected to check whether the door is properly locked.
7. Loss of a Tent key is subject to an extra charge.
8. Children above age 11 will be charged as extra adult person with extra bed in the same room.
9. Standard occupancy per room is double. Maximum permitted occupancy per room will be 3 adults (or) 2 adults and 2 children in any room category.
10. Smoking and Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
11. Certain special offers, discounted rates, or last-minute bookings may be marked as non-refundable. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking. In such cases, no refund will be issued, regardless of the cancellation date.
