However, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain special offers, discounted rates, or last-minute bookings may be marked as non-refundable. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking. In such cases, no refund will be issued, regardless of the cancellation date.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
4. Host-Specific Policies
Individual Property Policies: Each property listed on kumbh stays has the right to set its own individual cancellation policy. These policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process and will take precedence over the standard kumbh stays cancellation terms.
5. Force Majeure
In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
