1. General Policy

However, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
All bookings are final and are subject to the following terms: they are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be canceled. Additionally, booked dates are fixed and cannot be modified or rescheduled under any circumstances.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
4. Force Majeure
In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
